  • The Residences at Bienville features controlled-access entry for added convenience and security. Residents receive building access credentials and residence keys at move-in, providing secure access to the building and their home.

  • Yes. Each residence includes one reserved parking space in a secure garage located directly across the street. Garage remote clickers are provided at move-in. Additional parking spaces may be available for a monthly fee, subject to availability.

  • Water, wastewater, and electricity are master-metered and billed monthly by management as an allocated share based on your residence's square footage and occupancy, in accordance with Texas regulations.

    Residents are responsible for establishing and paying for all other utility and communication services, including internet, cable or satellite television, telephone, and any applicable natural gas service, directly with the service provider before move-in.
